  I have a Landscaping company is SF/Bayarea in which we have earned a 5 star review from our clients because we take care of our customers and tell them what they need to know with time. I am very professional and i know that without a client there is no business!
  
  So, I called Harbor 1 week or so out to set up a day to pour a job we are doing in San Bruno. The customer service guy checked the schedule and set up a date, perfect! I then tell him I will need 13 yards of concrete back to back which means the concrete loads are consecutive no waiting in between trucks. The guy then tells me I'll put a full truck and a clean out truck and you can confirm yards the day of the Pour. I then said well I know I need 13 yards and need them back to back so let's set it up? He says ok.
  
  I get a call a day before the Pour because our card was decline for deposit so I give him another card. I then a day before tell him again I need consecutive trucks tomorrow. Ok.l
  
  The day of the Pour today. I call them to add color to the concrete and they said they need 24hr notice I said I wasn't aware of the policy. He makes it happen which was great! I then told him again I need back to back trucks! We are at the job and my concrete foreman calls me to tell me the driver said I need to call Harbor's office. Ok. I call and talk to the customer service guy. He tells me that they where waiting for the next available truck and they would load it and send it over. First truck arrived at 8:15 and it's 9:30 ad the second one is still not on its way? Hello, I needed the trucks back to back!! He then tells me that they need to know ahead of time. I told them when so set up delivery day, I told them yesterday, I told them today and they still found a way to screw up delivery. He gets an attitude with me and mentioned that I would submit a complaint because this is ridiculous. He then say the owner is here let me get him. Perfect, owner to owner we can discuss problem right? Wrong he was worst and actually hung up on me as I was telling him what was going on. I then call back and he asked me do you want the concrete or not? Of course I need the last 5 yards to finish the job, hello!
  
  A customer should not be at the mercy of the provider because as a customer we are paying for a service no client no business! Now that I read other bad reviews it makes sense. Will take my business somewhere else where they actually care and know when they screw up! Good luck to whoever uses them
